Do not sell or share my personal information

Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act

MOTF is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of our users. We do not sell your personal information to third parties as that term is generally understood. However, we may make certain personal identifiers available to third parties to personalize advertising or perform data analytics. We may do this through the sharing of personal information we collect when you visit our websites, and, if applicable, our mobile apps, and through cookies and similar tracking technologies. You can read more about how we use your personal information in our Privacy Policy.

These activities may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information under certain U.S. state privacy laws. For instance, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) broadly defines “personal information” in such a way that making available or sharing identifiers linked to you for a benefit may be considered a “sale.” Californian consumers have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of such personal information with third parties.

Other states have also implemented privacy laws that give consumers the right to opt-out of certain data collection and sharing practices. These laws aim to enhance consumer privacy rights and provide individuals with more control over their personal information. Depending on your location, you may have the right to opt-out of having your personal information shared.

To opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information collected using cookies and other device-based identifiers as described above.   You will need to renew this choice if you clear your browser cookies or if you use a different browser or device.
