In this Policy, the terms “Sheglam,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fashion Choice Pte. Ltd.

· Non-directly identifiable device identifiers, operating system information, and cookie information, to direct and measure the effectiveness of the advertising we offer;

Acceptance of a prize may require you (unless prohibited by law) to allow us to post publicly some of your information via the Site, such as on a winners’ page.

To protect the privacy and the security of your personal information, we may request data from you to enable us to confirm your identity and right to access such data, as well as to search for and provide you with the personal data we maintain. There are instances where applicable laws or regulatory requirements allow or require us to refuse to provide or delete some or all of the personal information that we maintain. To exercise your rights, you may make updates within your customer account on the Site, or you may contact us at data@Sheglam.com.  We may not accommodate a request to delete or change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

    After applying your base makeup, use the eye primer on your eyelids before applying eye makeup.

    SHEGLAM eyeliners typically last all-day long.
  10. How do I choose an appropriate mascara brush?
    Thin mascara brush heads are more suitable for beginners while thick mascara brush heads are more suitable for more experienced users. Although there's not much difference in size of the mascara brush heads, the effect can vary because of the shape.

    Twist out the lip balm 2-4mm and apply evenly along the edges of the lips, working from the outside in and onto your entire lip. Can also be used as lipstick primer.

    Pick up a small amount of product, tap off excess and apply using a press and roll motion onto desired area of face.
  5. How do I find the right foundation shade and formula that best suits me?
    To find your perfect match, it is important to consider your skintone, desired coverage and finish. There are more than 30 different shades of our foundation. If you are still not sure which foundation is suitable, we suggest you try our samples (3 samples for only $1) first to pick your favorite one.
  6. How do I choose the correct SHEGLMA Birthday Skin Primer according to my skin type?
    The pink one is more moisturizing and water-locking, suitable for dry skin with large pores. The white one helps control oil, suitable for acne-prone and oily skin.
  7. How do I apply liquid blush so it lasts longer?
    Our liquid blush performs better on the skin than regular powder blush. We recommend to apply the blush before foundation and then once more after foundation. Blend to the pigment and finish you like.
  8. Can SHEGLAM concealer cover acne scars?
    Yes! SHEGLAM concealer covers unwanted blemishes, marks, and scars.
  9. How do I choose the right cleanser for me?
    Cleansing oil is recommended for heavy makeup. Cleansing balm is recommended for medium makeup. Cleansing water is recommended for light makeup and sensitive skin.
  10. Can SHEGLAM facial cleanser remove makeup?
    SHEGLAM facial cleanser can only be used to clean the face after removing makeup. You can use makeup remover oils, balms, water, or wipes, to remove makeup on your face.   11. Do I need to set my face with setting powder everytime I use makeup?
    Transluscent powder is recommended everytime you apply liquid foundation to your skin, especially in hot weather to help control oil.
  12. How can I find my skin's undertone?
    An undertone is the overall visible tone of your skin when it is bare. You are "cool" if your skin has a rosy pink cast. You are "warm" if your skin has a golden or olive cast. If your skin does not seem to be warm or cool, you most likely have a "neutral" undertone.
  1. How do I use SHEGLAM eyebrow gel?
    Comb short brow hairs using the tip of the brush. Use the flat side of brush to lay flat or add texture. Finish brows with the tapered micro-brush.
  2. Do SHEGLAM false eyelashes include lash glue?
    No, they do not include lash glue or adhesive. Lash adhesive is sold separately.
  3. How do I choose the right false lashes for me?
    We recommend that beginners use whole false lash strips which are easier to adhere. More experienced users can use individual lashes or segmented lashes.
  4. How long does SHEGLAM nail polish normally last?
    SHEGLAM nail polishes typically last 4-5 days.
  5. How can I tell if a SHEGLAM product is waterproof?
    All SHEGLAM products that are waterproof will have "waterproof" on its packaging. If a product does not say "waterproof" on the packaging, it is generally not waterproof.

  • How can I check the expiration date for SHEGLAM products?
    Typically, SHEGLAM products are valid for up to 3 years. More information can be found on the box of each product. All product boxes have an open mark & expiration date.

    Capacity of the product can be found on each product package. If you can not find it, please contact SHEGLAM Customer Service for help.

  • Why is there no tracking update on my SHEGLAM order?
    As some packages are shipped internationally, you may not see updates via local couriers until the package is cleared by local customs and entry is granted into your location. If your order is still under the estimated delivery time frame, we ask that you kindly wait patiently. Once this process has been completed, you will see tracking updates. If your order has not been updated for a long time and is overdue,you may contact the shipping courier or contact agent for help.
  • Can I set my delivery for a specific time and date?
