I love the application, it is very smooth.

Questionable

I ordered 4 items (1 foundation brush & 3 sample foundation packs). I received 2 brushes and no sample packs. I reached out after I got the order confirmation which was dated from 2022 (new customer), not my address and the tracking info was wrong. I asked about why my order was incorrect and it was never addressed. Instead, the updated the tracking to me and my address. I reached out again and got crickets.
