This eyeliner is easy to apply. Formula looks good. I dont wear base makeup or liquid makeup or any conceler, and it does the job,. The skin in the uper eye area is different than the rest of the body skin, if I apply the liner in my wrist it will last longer than in my eyes. Maybe because I dont use any makeup base the eyerliner last less or brake a little bit, but still a good makeup option.
