How to Mix & Match Bold Colors from The Wizard of OZ™ Palette for Party-Ready Looks

If this sounds like your kind of vibe, here are two ultra-easy, party-ready makeup looks you’ll love, both inspired by The Wizard of OZ™ | SHEGLAM Collection. With just a few color combos, you’ll be ready to make a jaw-dropping entrance at any party this season.

Wickedly Good
If you’re chronically online, you’ve probably seen clips from the movie Wicked all over your FYP. This first look draws inspiration from our favorite wickedly good duo, Elphaba and Glinda, bringing a little movie magic to any RSVP.
Before you begin, grab our No Place Like™ Home Palette. We’ll be using it throughout this guide.
Start by sweeping the green shimmer shade, Emerald City, on the center of your lid. Then, take shade Scarecrow and blend it into the green shade, working upwards towards the tops of your lids.
Next, dip your blending brush into shade Kansas and buff it into the outer third of your lid. This adds dimension to your eyes and keeps the glitter from getting washed out.
Finally, grab shade Glinda and apply it along your lower lash line and inner corners for an ultra-cute pink glitter highlight. Finish with your favorite lengthening mascara for sky-high lashes.
Dorothy Vibes
Maybe you want to channel Dorothy’s sweet charm, but with an edge. This next look gives us all the nostalgic Wizard of Oz feels, mixed with that classic SHEGLAM playfulness and sass. We’ll be using our The Wizard of Oz makeup palette again for this look, so keep it close.
This glam moment calls for lots of glitter, so try starting with a wet brush to intensify these pigments. Pick up the frosty blue shade, Aunt Em, and pack it all over your lid. Grab a little more of the same shade and sweep it along your lower lashline to amplify the gleam.
Next, take a fluffy blending brush and blend shade Tin Man on top of the blue, feathering it up towards your brows for a soft, diffused finish.
For the final touch, use your finger to apply the green shimmer shade, Emerald City, to the inner corners of your eyes. Want to turn it up even more? Add a colored winged liner or adhesive rhinestone gems for extra glitz and glam.
