HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order, visit www.SheGlam.com and select items to add to your Shopping Cart. When you have finished, click on the "Check-Out" button. Follow the prompts to complete your transaction. If you have never purchased from us before, you can register with us to place an order. Please fill in your Billing Address first. Make sure your Billing Address is the same as the one registered with your credit card. If your Billing Address is different from your Shipping Address, please check the "Ship To Different Address" box and fill in your Shipping Address.

HOW DO I REGISTER?

Simply click on "My Account" link at the top of the homepage. Complete all the required fields. You can access your account at any time by using your login details, username and password. Only you will have access to this information.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS? 

1. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal
2. We do NOT accept Money orders, Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks, CODs or Layaway plans!
3. We do not accept payments in the form of cash.
4. We do not accept gift cards.

Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.

Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.

HOW CAN I PAY BY PAYPAL AND IS IT SECURE?

PayPal is an alternate method for purchasing onSheGalm.com. It enables any individual or business with an e-mail address to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make.

Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by the seller or merchant. Plus, you're 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

PayPal is highly secure and committed to protecting the privacy of its users. Its industry-leading fraud prevention team is constantly developing state-of-the-art technology to keep your money and information safe. When you use PayPal to send money, recipients never see your bank account or credit card numbers.

WHAT ARE PAYPAL CONDITIONS?

If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process. Once you click "Submit Your Order," you will automatically be re-directed to PayPal.com to complete your payment. Your order will not be submitted until you complete the checkout process on PayPal.com. Once you have been redirected to PayPal.com, you will have 25 minutes to complete the payment before your order is dropped.If PayPal is used for payment, all returned products must be sent by mail.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

Simply click on My Account, submit "Forgot Password", type your email used in registration and your password will be emailed to you.

EMAILS ABOUT YOUR ORDER

After you place your order, you will receive email updates about your order status. In order to make sure you continue to receive our emails please add our email address to your SPAM exceptions list or your email address book (refer to your email program to manage your incoming emails). Keep these emails accessible for your records. Below are examples of emails you might receive:

  • Order Confirmation. This email confirms that we have received your order. The order number will be included.
  • Shipment Confirmation. This email confirms that some or all of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple Shipment Confirmation emails, if items are shipped separately. The arrival time of your items depends on the designated shipping method and your shipping location.
  • Important notice about your order. This email offers important information about your order, such as: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, existence of a duplicate order, and cancellation of order.

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

After clicking on the item you want, choose your color and size. Be sure to check the size chart by clicking on the "View Size Chart" link under the size box. Click "Add To My Cart" button and verify that you have chosen the correct item/size/color. Click "View Your Cart and Checkout". At this point you will be redirected to a secure page to enter your shipping address and contact information. We need your email address in order to be able to contact you regarding availability, shipping, and delivery. If you are logged in as a returning customer, this step will be skipped. No changes can be made to your order once it has been placed. You may not cancel and/or modify your order once it has been submitted.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

Once we received your order we will check inventory for availability of your item. We will contact you by email if the item is sold out or not available or if we need more information to process your order. We do not actually charge your credit card until we determine that your item is available in time for your wear date.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can check the status of your order anytime by logging in to "My Account" on our website at the upper-right of the home page. Click View next to your item to see status notes.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system for various reasons. Possible reasons include:

- unavailable item(s)

- difficulty in processing your payment information

- inability to ship to address provided

- existence of a duplicate order

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice via email. It will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on our website. In order to make sure you continue to receive our emails please add our email address to your your email address book.

HOW DO I CHANGE /UPDATE MY MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION?

If you are a registered user of SheGlam.com, you can update your information in My Account. Personal information relating to you and your order history are only available to you if you provide the correct password that you created.

WHY DON'T I RECEIVE RESPONSES TO MY EMAILS?

If you are not receiving emails from us it is possible that your email account is filtering them out. You may need to adjust your spam filters. Another reason could be that you did not enter your email address accurately when you created your account on our site. Email updates automatically go to whatever email address you entered.

IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURE ON THIS WEBSITE?

Shopping at SheGlam.com is safe. Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. Your order will arrive within 2-3 business days∗ from the day it is shipped.Exclude weekends & holidays. It takes about 1 business day for us to process your order.

OVERNIGHT

Place your order on a business day∗ before 2pm EST, 11am PST and your order will arrive within 1-2 business days. Exclude weekends & holidays. On orders placed after 2pm EST, 11am PST please allow an additional day for processing.

It usually takes about one business day for us to process your order. As soon as we’ve verified all of your information, your order will be shipped and we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. Please Note: If your order contains a pre-order item, it will not ship until the pre-order item becomes available. 


We use U.S. Postal Service for shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.

We don't accept any customer's own shipping method (Federal Express, UPS, DHL/Airborne, or any other company) for any order.

Standard shipping to Alaska & Hawaii may take longer.

 

SheGlam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

 

Yes we do. Please check "Shipping & Handling" page for the international locations that we ship to.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Sales tax is only applied to orders that are shipped to California residents. We are in California and we are required by state regulation to charge sales tax on orders shipped within California. There is NO SALE TAX on orders going to any other states.


 

WHAT IS SHE GLAM's RETURN POLICY?

 

Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at SheGlam meets your standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 7 days after receiving your order for an exchange or refund. If the item is post-marked past the 7 days allowed, it will be refused and sent back to the customer. Your returned item(s) must not show any sign of wear, have any scent (perfume, cigarette smoke), make-up stains or other damages and must have all original tags attached. If the item shows any damage or any sign of wear it will be sent back to the customer. 

 

A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns for refund. No refunds/returns on orders of 3 or more dresses - only exchange are allowed. No Exceptions. No restocking fee will apply for exchanges for all in stock itemsCustomer can only exchange once.

 

Customer will be responsible for shipping charges in case of any exchange for any reason both for incoming or outgoing packages. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card.

Please note that all exchanges are processed as a return and then issued as a new order. You will first receive a credit issued back to your original payment method for the item(s) you are sending back and then be charged for the exchange upon shipment. Please allow ten (10) business days for your return/exchange to be processed.

Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.


- You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been received and a credit or exchange has been processed.

- Please note that your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your return is received.

- If your exchange is out of stock or on back order, a refund or store credit must be issued.

- If your exchange is out of stock and you have already been issued a store credit or refund, you will be responsible for any new shipping costs on additional orders.

- If you received free shipping with your order that you want to return, you will be refunded for the price of the item(s) minus the Shipping & Handling price and 20% restocking fee.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You will find a return and exchange form enclosed with your order. To return an item, fill out the appropriate portion of the form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning. Please indicate on the form whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange, and allow ten business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.

   Hips: Measure your hips by circling a tape measure around the fullest part of your body between your waist and the top of your legs.


WHY WAS MY CREDIT CARD DECLINED?

You have attempted to place an order on our site and you know you have enough funds available on your credit card but it gets declined - there are a few typical reasons for this:

1) The billing address entered does not match the credit card billing address.

2) You did not enter the correct 3-digit code that is shown on the back of your Visa or Mastercard.

MY CREDIT CARD WAS DECLINED, BUT THE CHARGE IS SHOWING ON MY CREDIT CARD.

YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED.

The "charges" that are appearing on your card account are called pending holds. We understand that this is a frustrating situation for you as well as the entire eCommerce industry. Pending holds come about because of the way banks verify billing address information and hold onto funds for any online transaction that has been submitted for approval. Whenever you place an order online, the funds are first verified by your bank prior to the address verification.



I WANT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE MY SIZE/COLOR, WILL IT BE IN STOCK?

Unfortunately, most items may not be restocked. We like to keep our inventory fresh and full of the season's newest styles. 



DO YOU HAVE A CATALOG?

Because our selections change so frequently, we do not offer printed catalogs. Our website features all of the products that we offer.
